Events ​

Reactions in events ​

  • Audience reactions have been added to events and rooms.
  • The function can be activated when creating, editing, or in an active event/room.
  • Reactions are available to all participants and are displayed for all event participants.

Starting an event by a moderator ​

  • Added the ability for a moderator to manually start an event if there is less than 30 minutes left until the scheduled start time.

Sorting the list of participants ​

  • Participants with microphone and camera enabled are displayed at the top of the event participant list.

DTMF support ​

  • Added support for DTMF dialing to send commands to the device of a connected VVoIP participant in the event.

FLV support ​

  • Added support for viewing the main and additional (video file, desktop) content of a webinar through FLV streaming.

Soft mute for participants ​

  • The moderator can mute/unmute a participant's microphone/camera or ask them to turn on their microphone/camera; the participant receives a notification.
  • Personal settings have been added that allow the moderator to forcibly turn on the microphone/camera for participants.

Disconnecting a participant from the event ​

  • Added the ability to disconnect a participant from the event.

Call indication in the navigation panel ​

  • Added indication of an active call on the navigation panel in the "Chats" section.

Attributes ​

  • Display of user attributes (additional information) has been added.
  • Attributes are displayed in the contact, user, and event participant profiles.

Keyboard actions in chat with a bot ​

  • Support for keyboard actions has been added to chat with a chatbot, which can be invoked by a special button in the input field.
