Fixes
- Incorrect display of the author in the email about changes in the session of a recurring event — fixed the incorrect indication of the organizer as the author of changes when making changes to the event session by the moderator
- Incorrect display of information in the invitation email to a room — fixed the display of outdated room data ("Event Name" and "Description") after editing it in the email notification inviting a participant to the room

Enhancements
- Improved management of quality settings for the main call content — fixed the lack of application of quality settings from the media profile to the main content (e.g. video from the camera) during a call in a personal/group chat
- Improved management of equipment settings — implemented automatic alignment of values to specific positions and rounding for more convenient and precise adjustment (e.g. when changing the microphone sound volume, the slider position automatically switches to a value higher/lower within a certain range)
- Improved application stability when demonstrating content — added a check for the event of content demonstration in the event to eliminate an error that occurs when media information is not loaded (media-info)
Fixes
- Fixed poor sound quality on Jabra and Logitech Conference Group devices in events/calls — optimized settings to improve sound quality for Jabra and Logitech Conference Group equipment during events/calls
- Restored sound transmission when screen sharing from another client application — fixed the lack of sound transmission in an event in the web client when viewing screen sharing from another client application
- Restored switching of audio output to headphones in events and calls — resolved the issue of sound playback from speakers after switching the audio output to headphones in the equipment settings during events/calls
- Fixed infinite page loading after canceling login and password input (authorization) on the event landing page
- Prevented the possibility of clicking on links from usernames in notifications — now HTML tags are escaped in login notifications, preventing accidental clicks on links contained in usernames
- Accelerated noise cancellation activation and eliminated sound transmission delay in personal chat calls — optimized noise cancellation loading, reducing waiting time and fixing the issue of the screen not displaying the active call and outgoing call sound playback at the beginning of the call
- Incorrect display of remote desktop sharing — fixed the display of a black screen instead of remote desktop sharing (VNC)
- Call disconnection after network loss — fixed incorrect automatic call disconnection a few minutes after network connection restoration
- Failure to save whiteboard content after changing the username — fixed the disappearance of elements and slides on the whiteboard/control panel after changing the username in the profile
- Restored browser tab sharing after network loss — fixed the error that caused the browser tab sharing to stop and the content selection window to reappear after a brief network connection loss during the event
- Incorrect display of the main broadcast in the "Picture-in-Picture" area after page refresh — fixed the disappearance of the area with the main broadcast (in "Picture-in-Picture" mode) after refreshing the page during a call with additional content demonstration
- Incorrect loading of the web client version on iOS version 16.1 and below — fixed the issue of the web client version not loading and displaying a white screen on devices with iOS 16.1 and earlier versions
- Incorrect display of special characters in the chat list and forwarded messages — fixed the display of special characters in chat names and in the text of forwarded messages as Unicode characters
- Accelerated navigation panel closing in an active event — optimized the navigation panel behavior for faster closing after moving the cursor
Desktop client 21.4
Enhancements
- Improved display of poor network indicator during calls — the connection status indicator is now displayed in full-screen mode in p2p/group calls
- Added support for disabling the server setting in RDC — now when the setting is disabled on the server, the remote desktop control option is not displayed in additional settings when scheduling and editing events
- Optimized message context menu — excluded the "Copy text" action if only part of the message is selected and for messages containing only media files (images/audio/video/files)
- Improved outgoing video quality in events and calls — width, height, and FPS settings are now automatically applied from the established parameters for the main and additional content
- Improved work with TURN servers — changes have been made to the logic of working with TURN servers in events and rooms, and logging has been added to facilitate debugging; at the same time, protection of TURN server credentials and backward compatibility with previous system versions are ensured
- Improved soft mute function — the process of forcibly managing participant media transmissions has been optimized, unnecessary notifications for regular webinar participants have been excluded, and when switching between events with different management settings
- Added support for mouse button presses in RDC — support for "pressed" mouse buttons has been added when using remote desktop (actions requiring holding the mouse button, such as text selection, object dragging, drawing, etc.)
- Localized the reason for automatic event termination — a localized message about the reason for event termination has been added in case of subscription expiration
Fixes
- Sound distortion and video desynchronization error during high CPU load — fixed the occurrence of sound artifacts and video desynchronization during high CPU load, while video quality (frame rate, resolution) in the main and additional content may be automatically reduced to ensure stable operation
- Prolonged recovery of the key frame with weak network connection — optimized the logic of handling network conditions to speed up the recovery of the key frame in unstable or weak internet connections, improving video call quality in conditions of limited bandwidth
- Incorrect display of the mini control bar after incoming requests for desktop control — restored the display of the remote desktop control mini control bar above other windows after the first incoming requests if the application was minimized
- Incorrect positioning of the RDC mini control bar on first launch — fixed the error where the mini control bar with remote desktop control requests appeared at the edge of the screen on the first demonstration after launching the application
- Incorrect operation of screen sharing after using virtual desktops — restored correct screen display and mouse behavior during desktop sharing after using virtual desktops on the device
- Incorrect operation of the HP built-in camera with the WMF setting enabled — fixed the issue of the HP Wide Vision HD laptop camera not working when the WMF (Windows Media Foundation) setting was active
- Incorrect display of the RDC mini control bar over windows — fixed the problem of the remote desktop control mini control bar not appearing over other windows until the application window was completely closed and reopened
- Chat synchronization failure after computer wakes from sleep mode — fixed chat desynchronization when messages sent during sleep were lost due to session expiration and network connection restoration issues
- Incorrect display and transmission of RDC on macOS in full-screen mode — fixed the display of a black screen and layout disruption when receiving a request for remote desktop control in full-screen mode on macOS
- Incorrect display of the RDC mini control bar in rooms — fixed the absence of the remote desktop control mini control bar display in rooms on first use after launching the application
- Incorrect display of screen previews in the demonstration window in AlterOS on the Alt platform — restored screen display in the preview with an image instead of a white screen in the "Screen Sharing" window in calls/events
- Disconnection of camera output when switching to equipment settings — fixed the issue of camera output disconnection when switching from an event to the equipment settings page
- Incorrect behavior of the RDC mini control bar on macOS — fixed the error where the remote desktop control mini control bar disappeared after the first click inside the application outside the mini control bar
- Incorrect application window behavior when using Drag-and-Drop — fixed the issue of the application window not being active and focused for text input after dragging an attachment into the chat using Drag-and-Drop, requiring an additional mouse click in the input field
- Incorrect display of the status of a registered user — fixed the error of displaying a registered user as "Unregistered in the system" when searching by a phone number starting with "8", while still being able to enter a chat with this user
- Incorrect overlapping of event control controls with file demonstration controls in full-screen mode in events and rooms
- Fixed low frame rate (FPS) issue with Logitech C920 and C930 cameras at high frame resolutions in the application on Windows OS devices
- Incorrect display of pre-installed signature templates in the status set window — fixed the duplication of icons in the signature templates in the "Set Status" window
- Fixed error causing interruption of camera video stream when switching between windows and desktops in rooms/calls/events
- Incorrect behavior of the RDC mini control bar in Astra, Alt, AlterOS, and RED OS — fixed the error where the remote desktop control mini control bar expanded to full screen when attempting Aero Snap (dragging to the top of the screen), now the mini control bar remains in its original state
- Lack of desktop screen sharing sound in event recordings — restored sound playback from desktop screen sharing when viewed by other participants and in event recordings when broadcasting with the "Show with sound" setting active
- Saving incorrect position of the RDC mini control bar — fixed the saving of the incorrect position of the remote desktop control mini control bar outside the visible screen area when restarting the demonstration, making it impossible to control it
- Incorrect update of the events list after network loss — fixed the issue of the events list not updating for the user after network restoration and receiving an invitation, making it impossible to enter the event when it starts
