Release of new versions of client applications ​

Enhancements ​

  • Added support for logging into the system only through forced SSO authorization
  • Changed document conversion settings - added a new type (JPG) and the ability to set the resolution (DPI) of resulting images

Fixes ​

  • Failure of participants to connect to an alternative media server when the current one is disconnected in an event with automatic distribution

Dialer in chat NEW ​

  • Redesigned the dialing window in the chat list - added a delete character control and buttons to enter preset protocol values

User manual statuses NEW ​

  • User manual statuses User can set/reset a manual status (signature to the status) in their own profile settings. The status will be displayed in chats and in the user/contact profile

Multi-screen event mode NEW ​

  • Added the ability to control the display of main and additional content on different devices and switch between display modes in active events and calls

Desktop screen sharing with sound NEW ​

  • Added the ability to control the sound of an active event/room broadcast without interruption through the "Show with sound" setting

Media state controls NEW ​

  • Redesigned the design of microphone and camera control controls in events, rooms, and calls.
  • Redesigned icons with the status "Application has not been granted/denied access to the microphone/camera" and "Moderator has prohibited audio/video transmission"
  • Added the ability for the moderator to change the ID and links of guest/speaker/moderator links, as well as enter/automatically generate a password for guest/speaker access in an active event. When changing the event ID/links, a warning about the invalidity of the previous ID/links is displayed

Search for users in the event NEW ​

  • Added the ability to search for users in the list of participants in an active event

Deleting messages in event chat NEW ​

  • Added the ability for a moderator to clear the chat history in events and rooms

Password expiration for authorization NEW ​

  • Added support for password expiration time - when a user tries to log in with a password that has expired, the application displays a new localized error and prevents this action

Adding a user to contacts NEW ​

  • Implemented the ability to add a user to contacts from their profile

Web client 17.4 ​

Enhancements ​

  • Added new headers in the room connection window - "You have been invited to an active room" and "Repeat call from the room"
  • Updated declensions in the text of tooltips in the "Connection Booking" section of the event creation window
  • Changed the sorting of images when adding a background in the "Change background" window of the event/call/equipment settings - by ascending upload date
  • Changed the availability of the "Synchronous Translation" parameter in the room/event planning/editing window under certain system template settings

Fixes ​

  • Error of having a disconnected user from the event in the list of connected participants
  • Error of not saving changes in the "Connection Booking" section of the event editing window
  • Design inconsistency of the call end control (phone icon cropped at the edges) in the chat list during an active p2p call
  • Failure to display the list of participants after zooming out and opening/closing the event/room window
  • Incorrect display of the user name tooltip in the contacts list
  • Error displaying the video stream (white screen) after refreshing the page by a participant in a p2p call
  • Error displaying the loading indicator instead of a message about establishing a media connection after refreshing the browser tab during video file demonstration
  • Error in the operation of the "Always display participants in video layout" webinar setting - failure to display the layout when the speaker turns off the camera/microphone
  • Erroneous display of the notification "An unexpected error occurred while trying to delete the event" and error 500 when deleting an event from the list of events

Android client 18.5 ​

Enhancements ​

  • Added a "Write a message" button to the profile of a user not in the contacts list
  • Improved system setting for managing the orientation of the broadcast when changing the device orientation - vertical display of content when the device is vertically oriented and tabs are open (Chat, Files, etc.), and horizontal display when the setting is turned off

Fixes ​

  • Inability to make a video call to a registered or unregistered (with a specified phone number/VVoIP) user - added a "Call" button to the user's profile
