User account on the platform: capabilities and management

The user account on the VKURSE platform provides a convenient tool for managing events, tariffs, profile data, and company users. In this article, we will look at the main sections of the personal account and their functionality.

Home page

Creating events

On the home page of the personal account, you can quickly create a new event. To do this, simply click the "Create Event" button and fill in the basic parameters (date, time, name).

List of upcoming and past events

The home page presents a list of your events:

Upcoming events: events scheduled for the nearest dates.
Past events: completed events with the ability to view recordings and analytics.

At the top of the page or in a special block, you can see information about the current tariff:

• Tariff name.
• Features provided by the tariff.
• Button to purchase the tariff.

My profile

Editing data

In the "My Profile" section, you can update your personal data, such as name, email address, and contact phone number. All changes are saved instantly, and some data may be hidden from other users.

Profile confirmation

To increase the level of trust and activation, you can go through profile confirmation. This may include:

• Confirmation of email address and mobile phone number.

List of connected tariffs

In this same section, a list of tariffs that you have connected is displayed, with brief information about each of them.

My company

User management

This section is intended for company administrators. You can:

• Add users, providing them access to tariff features.
• Remove users if their access is no longer needed.

Inviting users

The invitation function is only available for users of paid tariffs. The administrator can send an invitation via email, providing new employees access to the platform.

Tariffs and invoices section

List of issued invoices

You can see the history of issued invoices with information about:

• Invoice issuance date.
• Amount.
• Payment status (paid/unpaid).

Tariff management

This section allows you to:

• View available tariff plans.
• Activation and completion dates of the tariff.

Statistics section

This section provides analytical data on past events:

• Number of participants.
• Parallel events.
• Total number of organized events for a certain period.
